Public Meetings

All VICaP Meetings are open to the public per our Title VI public participation requirements.

 

1. VICaP conducts monthly board meetings, normally held on the second Thursday of each month. Agendas for the meetings are available upon request at our office at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting.

2. VICaP conducts an annual meeting as well, normally held in the Spring, to review the previous years’ successes and failures. Information about the Annual Meeting is available upon request at our office.”
